A: You may hold an apartment for up to 14 days from its available date after submitting the application and $50 nonrefundable fee. You then have two weeks post-approval to finalize move-in.
Q: What are the application fee, admin fee, deposit, and deposit waiver options?
A: Onnix charges an application fee, admin fee, and either a standard deposit or a monthly deposit waiver. The standard security deposit typically ranges from $500 to $1,500 based on screening. A nonrefundable monthly deposit waiver is available at $36 or $66 per month instead of a traditional deposit; choosing the waiver lowers upfront costs but is not refunded at move-out. Q: What is the lease break policy?
A: To terminate your lease early, you must provide at least a 30-day notice, pay an early termination fee equal to two months’ base rent, and cover rent during the 30-day notice period.
Q: Do you allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) or Service Animals?

A: Residents can add or remove roommates through the community’s standard approval process, which requires an online application, applicable fees, and a completed roommate release.
