Helping the Communities We Serve

At Western Wealth Communities, we are more than a property management company. We are a conduit for creating positive change. Our heart of service goes beyond the basics of caring for our residents and team members. We use our time, resources, and talent to enrich the lives of those in need and the communities we serve. Throughout the year, we partner with local and national organizations to raise money, collect goods, and spread awareness for meaningful causes. Moreover, we founded two annual charity initiatives that aim to provide school supplies to the children who reside in our communities and rent relief to families during the holiday season.

As a people-first organization, giving back will always be a guiding principle and standard from which we measure our success. We aim to be a beacon of hope and source of light for the communities where we work and live. We’ve got your back. #WGYB

RENT FREE CHRISTMAS
MAKING SEASONS BRIGHT

Every year, our onsite management teams identify a resident or family in their community experiencing hardship. The nominees are provided free rent for the month of December, as well as a full Christmas experience complete with gifts and an intimate celebration. This charitable initiative not only brightens the seasons for these deserving individuals, but helps us to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with our residents and team members.

ENTRYWAY
LIFE-CHANGING JOB OPPORTUNITIES

In partnership with Entryway™ (formally Shelters to Shutters), we are helping to provide economic self-sufficiency by way of employment opportunities for those experiencing situational homelessness. Entryway works with local nonprofits to identify individuals suitable for its placement program and refers these pre-screened, job-trained candidates to our organization for employment.

We’ve Got
Your Back
School Supplies for Future Stars

Our annual We’ve Got Your Back back-to-school events provide every child residing at our communities with brand new backpacks filled with all the supplies they’ll need to start the school year off right. This program not only helps to relieve the financial burden for their families, but our teachers, as well. Any leftover supplies are then donated to local schools or charities supporting educators.
