Janet Lepage
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
For the past decade, Janet has been focused on creating wealth through well-selected real estate investment. She has grown her precise business strategy from more than 50 residential transactions in Arizona to the purchase of multi-family buildings. Under Janet’s leadership, WWC has placed more than $600 million U.S. in private equity and acquired more than 70 multi-family properties, comprising 15,900+ rental units, with a purchase value of over $1.7 billion. In 2019, Janet was recognized in Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 for Business and REIN’s Multifamily Investor of the Year. Janet was also a bronze winner of the International Stevie Awards for Women in Business and awarded the 2019 RBC Canadian Female Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2017, Janet was named Entrepreneur of the Year (Real Estate/Construction/Pacific region) by Ernst & Young. In 2016, Janet was named one of Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 and was awarded the Veuve Cliquot Canadian New Generation Award which recognizes young female entrepreneurs. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Business Administration (Simon Fraser University) and a Project Management Professional designation. Janet is co-author of ‘Real Estate Action 2.0’, released in 2016 by Jurock Publishing Ltd.

David Steele
Co-Founder & General Partner
David is an entrepreneurial executive who has offered leading-edge investment opportunities to thousands of individual investors in both Canada and the United States. From 1997 to 2001, David was CEO of International Properties Group Ltd. (IPG), a TSX-listed real estate company that purchased apartment buildings and converted them to condominiums. While at IPG, David developed and operated a wealth management division, which helped thousands of individual investors acquire more than 85 projects and 7,000 properties throughout North America. Those investment properties continue to generate passive investment income today. David has been actively involved in the growth of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a non-profit organization that now has over 7,500 members worldwide. From 1993 to 1994, David served as EO’s International President. David has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from the University of Calgary.

Jennifer Staciokas
President
Jennifer joined Western Wealth Capital to launch their in-house property management company, Western Wealth Communities, in 2020. Jennifer was responsible for building out the property management platform and hiring the team to support the growing business of over 15,000 units. In 2023, she broadened her role to include strategic direction of Western Wealth Capital’s people and technology departments in addition to her existing oversight of operations, property marketing, training, revenue management, human resources and technology for Western Wealth Communities.
Jennifer began her career in the multifamily industry nearly 25 years ago. Since that time, she has served in numerous capacities at two of the nation’s largest property management firms focusing on all areas of property performance.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in French from West Chester University and an M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University. Jennifer is a regular guest speaker, facilitator and moderator at many of the industry’s most renowned conferences as well as an active participant in NAA, NMHC and AZCREW. She gives her time to various industry advisory boards such as the AMA, LeaseLock, Entryway (Phoenix Chapter), Nurture Boss and Connexus Living. Jennifer is a recipient of the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Award in 2016 and 2021, the AMA Tributes Executive of the Year Award in 2022 and was recently named as one of the 2023 AZ Big Media Women Leaders.

Tim Ruditys
Regional Vice President, AZ/NV
Tim has 30 years of experience in property management from operations and budgeting to marketing, sales and leasing. As a Regional Property Manager at Greystar Real Estate Partners for 15 years he was responsible for the oversight of 3,100 units. Tim assumed a leadership role at Western Wealth Capital as Director, Asset Manager for 3 years where he was responsible for improving multifamily properties and building great communities for residents, which also realise gains for investors. Tim has immense knowledge of the systems and processes required for successful property management and operations. His wealth of experience and expertise in team development is a huge asset for Western Wealth Communities.

Michael Izenberg
Regional Vice President, TX
Michael Izenberg is the Regional Vice President for Texas for Western Wealth Communities. In this position, Mr. Izenberg oversees all aspects of the management and operations of the company’s portfolio of apartment communities throughout Texas. Michael is a Multifamily Vice President of Operations and CPM Candidate with 20+ years of experience leading teams of regional managers and up to 300 staff. Michael is experienced in managing $1B portfolios, property acquisitions, budgets, underwriting, and capital improvements.

Marlana Murdock
Vice President, Property Performance
Marlana Murdock is the Director of Operations and Transitions at Western Wealth Communities. Marlana is a veteran in the multi-family arena with 35 years of experience. Marlana is dedicated to developing and managing impactful systems, processes, and people development. Prior to joining Western Wealth Communities, Marlana has served in Operations, Training, Marketing, and Operator roles at The Towbes Group, Mission Rock Residential, Legacy Partners, and Lincoln Property Company. Marlana is currently completing her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Management and Operations degree from Western Governors University. She is a designated Master Trainer from the Association for Talent Development and an insightful Predictive Index Practitioner.

Patty Brems Van Berkel
Controller
Patty Brems van Berkel is the Controller with Western Wealth Communities. Patty began her career in Accounting/Finance 30 years ago, with 20 of those years in the multifamily industry. She previously led accounting departments at Heritage Property Management, Greystar, and Avenue5 Residential. Portfolios included multifamily, senior housing, assisted living, mixed use, commercial, LIHTC, and Sec8 assets. Patty is responsible for steering the company’s accounting initiatives, including financial and institutional reporting, developing accounting policies and processes, mentoring, and empowering employees, and minimizing risk through internal controls. She holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA, majoring in Accounting from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, graduating at the top of her class Summa Cum Laude. Her leadership, integrity, and transparency are a huge asset for Western Wealth Communities.

Thu-Van Cunningham
Director, Recruiting
Thu-Van Cunningham is the Director of Recruiting with over 15 years’ experience who partners with EVP’s, Executive Managing Director’s, Sr. Directors of Property Management, and Asset Managers to procure talented individuals for positions to be filled in a timely fashion. She joined Western Wealth Communities to develop, streamline, and implement recruiting strategies to recognize and recruit highly skilled individuals. Because of her innate understanding of people, their individual skill sets, and temperament, as well as the needs of the company she works for, she has been able to decrease the time to fill by 50%. Very accomplished in the implementation and planning to build a robust bench and to develop and grow a pipeline of very talented individuals, she has been able to recruit and retain passive candidates. Previously top recruiter in a region of 21 states, finished top five percent of recruiters via LinkedIn, and obtained her CIR – Certified Internet Recruiter in 2020.

John Bidese
Director, Human Resources
John is the Director of Human Resources at Western Wealth Communities. With over 25 years of HR experience, John is responsible for the creation, oversight, and execution of HR activities, strategic organizational initiatives, and employee relations with WWCo. John's expertise as an industry leader has shaped HR best practices for service-oriented companies such as XPO Logistics, where he was responsible for employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, employee engagement, and benefits/compensation initiatives. Prior to joining XPO Logistics, John has held various leadership roles in human resources with high-growth supply chain and manufacturing companies. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University.

Anthony Roy
Director, Systems & Technology
Anthony Roy began his career in multifamily in 2015 as a property accountant with Alliance Residential. Shortly after, he transitioned to Invitation Homes where he progressed quickly through the ranks to become the Manager for the Business Applications Support team and helped the company through a challenging merger. Since then, he has worked in various capacities and cross-functionally as an accountant, financial analyst, and, most recently, principal consultant. Anthony holds dual master’s degrees from Western International University and has been in the Phoenix area for over a decade. As the Director, Systems & Technology, Anthony is responsible for leading the IT team on all initiatives including the HelpDesk, large-scale projects, property onboarding, systems integration, custom reporting, and automation of accounting processes. He resides in Gilbert with his wife and son and spends his free time traveling, learning, listening to music, backpacking, and hiking with his family.

Joni Carroll
Director, Revenue Optimization
Joni is the Director of Revenue Optimization at Western Wealth Communities. Joni began her multifamily career in 2011 and has served in all varieties of on-site and corporate roles in New Mexico and Arizona. Her most recent experience was with Greystar in their Revenue Management Department covering a nationwide portfolio of nearly 11,000 units utilizing YieldStar, AI Revenue Management, and LRO. She also has extensive on-site experience as a Business Manager with Alliance Residential managing luxury, lease-up, stabilized, and heavy renovation assets which allow her to relate to the impact of pricing on the properties and how to create value through rent optimization.

Andrew Oligmueller
Regional Property Manager, AZ
Andrew Oligmueller joined Western Wealth Communities in February 2023 as a Regional Property Manager. Andrew has an extensive background in transitions as well as managing new construction, value-add conventional housing, student housing, and lease-ups. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Arizona, Arizona Real Estate License, and his CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is an AMA Regional Manager of the Year nominee and won an AMA award for Best Student Housing Community of the Year in 2021. He has previously managed communities in Arizona, Texas, Utah, and Tennessee as well as conducted due diligence assignments all over the country. Andrew is results driven and enjoys capital renovations, mentoring teams, and overcoming challenges Andrew has two daughters that are one and three years old which keep him busy. He has many hobbies including basketball, biking, hiking, traveling, real estate, music, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Andrew is that after college he was signed to a record label and produced an album as he plays guitar and is a singer/songwriter.

Evan Clark
Regional Property Manager, TXy
Evan has been in the property management industry for 10 years. Starting out in Student housing he has held every position at the property level. He has worked in multiple markets across multiple states including Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Missouri. He transitioned to multifamily once he took a regional role in Houston TX. As a regional over the last 3 years, Evan has grown to love mentoring and training his onsite teams. Building a bench of trained and experienced support staff has been essential to keeping his properties operating at the highest level. Evan takes pride in having a service mentality with his teams and doesn’t mind rolling up his sleeves to assist the maintenance teams with any project. In his off time, he can be found chasing his two kids Silas and Slone, through the house with a foam sword and a Nerf gun and smacking a golf ball around on a sunny day. Sprinkling in a hike, a brewery tour, and some tasty food rounds out any good weekend.

Megan Billiot
Regional Property Manager
Megan Billiot is a Regional Property Manager overseeing the Dallas, Texas Market. Megan has 17 years of successful experience in Property Management. Megan began her career as a Leasing Consultant in 2005, working her way up to a Regional Property Manager. Megan started with Western Wealth as a Property Manager in March 2021 was soon promoted to RPM in November 2021. Megan has a strong belief in treating her team, as well as residents, how she would want to be treated. Her can-do approach is what keeps Megan striving and encouraging others around her to succeed. Megan leads by example by being a hands-on manager to her team, and a source of knowledge to her peers.

Suzanne Gibson
Regional Property Manager, AZ
Suzanne Gibson joined the team at Western Wealth Communities as a Regional Property in March 2022. As a Regional Property Manager of the Tucson V pack, she overseen operations under previous Ownership which allowed her to continue leading her teams and oversight of operations. Suzanne’s management style of treating every property as her own asset and making recommendation that will turn higher profit has been her goal in achieving a higher quality standard. Mrs. Gibson comes to the company with over 26 years of experience in residential property management. Before starting at WWCo, she held several positions in all aspects of the business; with her own Real Estate Management Company including land contracts and asset management. Her prior employers include Weidner Apartment Homes, AMC, Premiere Holdings LLC, Hope Community Resources, and Anchorage Neighborhood Housing Services. Mrs. Gibson has overseen communities in various sectors, including Commercial, Conventional, Tax Credit, non-profit for people with disabilities, and Project-based Section 8. Mrs. Gibson has been accredited by the National Center for Housing Management as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and COS Change II. Suzanne is always looking for ways to help wherever she can. Working closely with her team on challenges ensures she is a team player and not afraid to get out and help out. Her teams are her priority and wellness is always at her forefront. Open door management style has been her key to having the success she has, believing everyone deserves an opportunity through hard work and dedication. Her strengths include repositioning assets to maximize profitability while providing a hands-on approach to her managers and executive team. JANA MOBARAK Regional Property Manager ana Mobarak is our Regional Property Manager overseeing Dallas, Texas. Jana comes to Western Wealth Communities with over 30 years of onsite and upper management experience in Multifamily and Commercial Property Management. Jana is a dynamic, goal-oriented leader that prides herself in leading on-site teams, producing strong revenue growth year after year. During her career, Jana has earned the NAA Accreditations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and is currently completing her Accredited Resident Manager designation through IREM and her Texas Real Estate License. Jana was named Supervisor of the Year in 2005 for Tarrant County Apartment Association and completed one of the very first Leadership Lyceum Courses through the National Apartment Association in 2008. Jana has been nominated for Dallas and San Antonio Apartment Association Supervisor of the Year four additional times in her career as well.
